The road to Omaha / Robert Ludlum.

Summary:

The outrageous characters from The Road to Gandolfo continue their madcap adventures in a romp around Nebraska that is spurred by the discovery of a secret 1878 treaty with an obscure Indian tribe.
Nobody is ready for the Hawk as Thunder Head, chief of the Wopotamis. The treaty in Hawk's possession states that the Wopotamis own certain territories in and around Omaha, Nebraska--including the global headquarters of the Strategic Air Command. Needing an attorney-of-record to appear before the Supreme Court so the tribe can legally claim the land, the Hawk employs the services of Sam Devereaux, and then recruits Sam's boss and two small-time hoods.
